1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the vipph4 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://vipph4.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the vipph4 Platform.
• "Player Funds" means any funds deposited by you into your vipph4 Account for the purpose of wagering or gaming activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other non-cash value awards credited to your Account by vipph4.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services offered by vipph4 through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is illegal, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating a vipph4 Account, or by accessing and using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your Account.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The vipph4 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing gambling and gaming activities. This age restriction is enforced without exception.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a vipph4 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and up to date. vipph4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration detail at any time.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the vipph4 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through other persons — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipph4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is primarily intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vipph4 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. vipph4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect your Account.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify vipph4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. While vipph4 will make reasonable efforts to assist in the investigation of unauthorized access, vipph4 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details associated with your Account remain accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawal processing, KYC verification, and support assistance. Accounts found to contain materially false information may be suspended pending verification.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vipph4 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at vipph4's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your vipph4 Account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. vipph4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the vipph4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.

5.4 Fund Source

By depositing funds into your vipph4 Account, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the funds and that they have been obtained through legitimate means. vipph4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

6. Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, vipph4 may require you to provide one or more of the following identity documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. vipph4 reserves the right to require additional verification where a withdrawal is requested to a payment method or account not previously associated with your vipph4 Account.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform's banking page. vipph4 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at its discretion, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by vipph4 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements. These specific terms are communicated at the point of bonus offer and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. In general, wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

vipph4 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, using bots or automated software to complete wagering requirements, exploiting mathematical loopholes in games to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, vipph4 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently suspend the Account.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. vipph4 is not obligated to offer any particular bonus or promotion to any player and reserves the right to determine player eligibility for promotions at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In connection with your use of the vipph4 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent wagering;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipph4 staff, agents, or other players;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Accessing or attempting to access other players' accounts without authorization.

vipph4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account engaged in Prohibited Conduct, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and interface design, is the intellectual property of vipph4 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vipph4.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vipph4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its Services.

vipph4's total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11. Responsible Gaming

vipph4 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player community. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time notifications, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your vipph4 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) that have cleared KYC verification will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by vipph4

vipph4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or at vipph4's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or security risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. vipph4 will retain your Account data for a minimum period as required by Philippine law and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, after which data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vipph4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, vipph4 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory framework within which vipph4 aligns its operations.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to vipph4's internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending resolution of a dispute.
